• Unopened merchandise may be returned up to 90 days for a full refund or credit for future purchase
• Merchandise must be returned to us in its original, undamaged condition.

If you ordered the wrong product or have upgraded to a new printer which does not use the same cartridges you may exchange, up to 90 days from original order.

Root Arabia International Trading W.L.L. warrants that, under normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any compatible printer. If a defect in a cartridge causes the customer's printer to fail, we will reimburse the full amount for any reasonable service and repair of the printer. In addition to that :

• Product must be at least 50% full to qualify for a replacement or refund

Page yield is dependent on what you are printing. You will obviously be able to print more pages with simple text and less with graphics/picture filled pages. The answer to the question is that the same amount of high quality ink (and in some cases more) is used in our cartridges as with the OEMs.
